ASTERALE is a wealth management advisory firm founded by Sébastien Bailly. It advises business owners, professionals and families, from €250,000 of investable assets.

We are not tied to any bank or insurer. We select solutions from across the market and give you the details of our remuneration before any subscription.

Method

Every engagement follows four stages, from the initial review to ongoing follow-up.

  1. Wealth review

    We list your assets, your income and your family and tax situation, then identify the points to address.

  2. Recommendations

    We give you a written report that sets out the reasons for each recommendation in light of your objectives.

  3. Implementation

    We select the contracts and investments, then arrange the subscriptions with the institutions concerned.

  4. Follow-up

    A review takes place every year, and whenever your situation changes significantly.

Who is ASTERALE?

A wealth management advisory firm founded by Sébastien Bailly and based in Arcueil, Val-de-Marne. It is registered with ORIAS under no. 23 007 423 and is a member of ANACOFI-CIF.

What minimum amount do you work with?

From €250,000 of investable assets. We work with a limited number of clients over the long term.

Are you tied to a bank or an insurer?

No. We select solutions from across the market. We receive commissions (rétrocessions) from asset managers and insurers, the details of which are given to you before any subscription.

How does the first meeting work?

It lasts about an hour, by video call, in Arcueil, in Paris 8th or at your home. It allows us to understand your situation and to tell you whether we can be of use. It is free of charge.

How are you paid?

Fees and commissions are set out in an engagement letter, signed before any personalised advice.
